September 4, 2023. The Community Service Team (PKM) of Warmadewa University (Unwar) consisting of three lecturers from two disciplines, namely; Cokorda Istri Arina Cipta Utari as the chair, Putu Gede Wahyu Satya Nugraha and I Gusti Agung Gede Nodya Dharmastika as members, has again collaborated with Banjar Bualu, Benoa Village, South Kuta, as a partner.
Head of the Unwar PKM TEAM, Cokorda Istri Arina Cipta Utari said, in the previous year, the Unwar PKM TEAM helped Banjar Bualu in the planning process. And now, partners are again asking for help from the Unwar PKM TEAM in making proposals and also designing corridor arrangements to match the new design.
"Based on the results of the PKM Team's investigation, there are several problems in Banjar Bualu, the first is the limited ability and time of partners in making a proposal for a request for funds for the construction of Bale Banjar Bualu. Second, it is considered necessary to arrange the Banjar Bualu road corridor to adjust to the new building design, in addition to providing comfort for pedestrians and vehicles. The last is the limited ability of partners in making a planning for the RAB for the construction of Bale Banjar Bualu and adjusting the current price," explained Cokorda Istri Arina, recently.
Seeing these problems, the solutions offered by the PKM Team include providing direction and assistance in making a proposal for the construction of Bale Banjar Bualu, providing a corridor layout design and making a RAB and adjusting material prices. This proposal is planned to be submitted to the government or related stakeholders in requesting financial assistance to carry out the construction process.
Head of Banjar Bualu Customary Council, I Made Darma, gave his appreciation to the Unwar PKM TEAM. "Tiang as Head of Banjar Bualu Customary Council expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the assistance from Warmadewa, it is hoped that the construction of Bale Banjar Bualu will be realized as soon as possible.
