13 Nov 2023. Considering the Decree of the Regent of Gianyar Number: 18/E-02/HK/2021 concerning the Establishment of Tourist Villages in Gianyar Regency. In the Decree of the Regent of Gianyar, one of the Tourist Villages in Gianyar Regency is the Saba Tourist Village, Blahbatuh District, Gianyar Regency. Saba Tourist Village has tourism businesses such as: Nature Tourism, Cultural Tourism, and Artificial Tourism. Saba Village has five (5) Traditional Villages and eight (8) Banjar Dinas. One of the Traditional Villages is the Blangsinga Traditional Village which has the authority to manage the Blangsinga Tourist Village, with famous tourism businesses, namely the waterfall natural tourist attraction and the Glass Bridge. In the Blangsinga Tourism Village area, Krisna Souvenirs have been formed which support and support the smooth running and activities of Blangsinga Tourism Village, including empowering the Blangsinga Tourism Village community towards Krisna Souvenirs.
Preservation of Tourism Villages is one of the things that must be considered in the Empowerment of Blangsinga Tourism Village activities, so that Blangsinga Tourism Village remains crowded with domestic and foreign tourists.
Partner Problems: 1). There is no written agreement between the Blangsinga Tourism Village Traditional Village and the Krisna Souvenir Business regarding the empowerment of the Blangsinga Tourism Village community. And 2). There has been no optimal preservation of the Tourism Village, so what form of preservation can be taken to ensure that Blangsinga Tourism Village is still able to attract foreign and domestic tourists to come to Blangsinga Tourism Village.
The research method used is empirical legal research, namely by collecting primary data through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. After the primary data is collected, it is processed using qualitative methods and analyzed using analytical descriptive techniques to obtain conclusions with accurate data.
Blangsinga Tourism Village is a Tourism Village that has natural tourism objects such as Tegenungan Waterfall, Penglukatan Pure Musen, and the Glass Bridge, in addition, in the Blangsinga Tourism Village area there is a Krisna souvenir business, in the context of empowering and preserving the Blangsinga Tourism Village, there appears to be no written agreement between the Blangsinga Tourism Village and Krisna Souvenirs, so that assistance is provided to draft a written agreement to avoid any detrimental events in the future.
Preservation of the Blangsinga Tourism Village can be carried out through continuous actions to promote offline and online; implementation of Tourism Village permits which are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
Empowerment of the Tourism Village community towards Krisna Souvenirs, in addition to being carried out in a family and mutual cooperation manner, there should also be a written agreement between the Blangsinga Traditional Tourism Village and Krisna Souvenirs to avoid negative things that might happen in the future, so assistance is provided in drafting a written agreement for empowering the Blangsinga Tourism Village community and Krisna Souvenirs.
