As an institution of higher education, Warmadewa University must be able to ensure that it always complies with the Tridharma of Higher Education by the vision and mission that have been determined. Now every lecturer is encouraged to be able to package community service activities, both in groups and individually, which will later show concern for the community.
Community service activities can be carried out by providing enlightenment by providing legal counseling consultation and assistance to the community in various areas of life in the economic sector. One thing that should be noted is the existence of a credit agreement and a fiduciary agreement, where it is expected that every cooperative business entity must have an agreement in this case the credit agreement is the main agreement and the fiduciary agreement is additional.
Several laws and regulations governing guarantee institutions stipulate the provisions for binding guarantees perfectly based on Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees, one of which is by implementing the principle of publicity or the principle of publicity which requires all objects used as collateral to be registered. However, in reality, there are many credit-granting practices with the encumbrance of movable property as collateral for debt with unregistered fiduciaries.
