May 14, 2023 - The digital touch panel machine is an integrated system that functions to monitor customer satisfaction, as well as to find out the picture of customer satisfaction with public services from both government and private agencies, by using a digital customer survey tool that is integrated with management reporting, kiosks, and digital signage. Customer satisfaction is an important need for the continued development of government agencies.

The best way to find out whether the community is satisfied or not is to ask for opinions about village services, the important role of village office services for the community, and then the government makes improvements if there are deficiencies felt by the community. Agung Hendra as Secretary of Dauh Puri Kauh Village said that there were several problems encountered in the service section.

The service facilities at the Dauh Puri Kauh Village Head Office are considered inadequate, such as the absence of a suggestion box or digital tools such as a Digital Touch Panel to obtain village community surveys related to office services whose output can be automatically inputted into the system, seating in the waiting room is still lacking, and vehicle parking is not too spacious.

This can disrupt and hinder the smooth running of service activities. Based on this condition, Warmadewa University (Unwar) proposed that the Dauh Puri Kauh Village Head Office be equipped with a digital touch panel machine according to needs and collaborated with Unwar to make the machine. Made Dika Nugraha, ST, MT, as the Head of Community Service (PKM) hopes that the Dauh Puri Kauh Village Office can support this program and develop the potential of the digital touch panel machine so that it can help the village office's services to the community.

The handover of the digital touch panel machine was carried out on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at the Dauh Puri Kauh Village Office. The handover of the machine was attended by the Head of Dauh Puri Kauh Village, Drs. I Gusti Made Suandhi and his staff, Lecturers of the PKM Committee of Warmadewa University, and Students of Warmadewa University. The creation of this digital-based survey system is expected to provide data output and statistical results of service satisfaction surveys that can be accessed by management via web reports on the internal internet network.
