Februari 23, 2024 Group 33 of the Community Empowerment-Community Service Lecture Program (KKN-PMM) of Warmadewa University or Unwar, was assigned to Angantaka Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, to map the problems in the village including finding solutions.
One of the main things that has been worked on by the group guided by Dr. Putu Yudha Asteria Putri, S.E., M.Si, is to help provide assistance to the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Catur Eka Amertha, Angantaka. "Group 33 of the 2024 KKN-PMM Angantaka Village will approach and solve problems related to BUMDes governance to make BUMDes Angantaka Village an institution that stands sustainably," explained Yudha Asteria, at the KKN location, Thursday (22/2/2024).
Yudha Asteria, said that BUMDes Catur Eka Amertha actually has a great opportunity to improve the welfare of the Angantaka Village community. However, the BUMDes has experienced a number of obstacles so far. Among them, the management system is only carried out through paper media, excel worksheet files, and accounting report files that are still manual and often have the possibility of errors. Another obstacle experienced is that the information produced cannot be accessed directly. The sustainability that is expected to be present from BUMDes Catur Eka Amerta can be a milestone and pillar of the economy of the Angantaka Village community.
"We, together with 20 students from several study programs at Unwar, are trying to help BUMDes Catur Eka Amerta to solve its problems," he explained. The things that Group 33 KKN-PMM Angantaka Village did at BUMDes Catur Eka Amerta were to help BUMDes to hold promotions, because public awareness regarding the importance of BUMDes is still very minimal. In addition, socialization of understanding of simple accounting bookkeeping was also carried out as assistance in BUMDes operational activities.
