Nyoman Sujaya stated that this time empowering the community of Semarapura Kaja Village, Kelungkung Regency in terms of providing English language training for local tour guides. The importance of holding English language training, especially English tour guides, is to anticipate the needs of local tour guides in an effort to develop Semarapura Kaja Village as a tourist village.

The development of Semarapura Kaja Village as an integrated tourist village was well received by the Warmadewa University community service program, especially the Postgraduate community service program in an effort to implement the tridharma of higher education, especially in the field of Community Service. The Warmadewa University Postgraduate Program which has established a partnership with Semarapura Kaja Village, Kelungkung, has carried out a community partnership program to carry out community service in several fields, one of which is community service in the form of English language training.

English language training for tour guides is one solution that can be offered to carry out partnership program activities in Semarapura Kaja Village, Klungkung in the context of developing integrated tourism. After conducting a survey, it was found that the youth of Semarapura Kaja Village who were the tour guide group were still not aware of the importance of using English as a medium for developing tourism promotion.

They are also not yet skilled in using English as tour guides. The youth group in question does not yet understand the ethics of communicating using English. They do not yet know what functions are commonly used in activities to handle guests as tour guides. They do not even know English sentence patterns well.

Therefore, the solution to this problem is to conduct communicative English training, especially tour guide English, to the local community/youth, namely Semarapura Kaja Village, Klungkung Regency, which is really needed. Mentoring was carried out 12 times, 6 times face-to-face and 6 times face-to-face online, partner problems, namely lack of understanding of tourism and lack of understanding of tour guide English, communication ethics, and understanding of English sentence patterns can be overcome well.
