The utilization of these plants is able to produce various processed products that are able to provide economic value.
The processed products of natural potential produced are VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil), jam with various flavors (pineapple, pumpkin and rosella), to various dry spices (ginger and turmeric). To increase consumer interest, the products produced have been packaged properly. This product is produced and marketed under the “Mawar Langgeng Sari” Women Farmers Group chaired by Nengah Artawati. Problems faced by partners include: 1) Partners experience problems in the process of recording product sales transactions. This business group often has difficulty in determining the exact cash flow in and out.
In addition, the bookkeeping process is still carried out conventionally so that it is less effective and efficient; 2) Distribution and marketing of products are still carried out traditionally so that the coverage of the product market share is still very minimal; 3) The facilities and infrastructure used have expired, so they need to be renewed in order to provide better benefits in the future.
