A number of problems are experienced in developing businesses by people in rural areas so that the businesses they run are slow to develop. Such as that experienced by the banten seller (Sarathi) Dewa Ayu Astiti who is located in Kapal Village, Mengwi District, Badung. Dewa Ayu is someone who has the obligation and responsibility to prepare offerings related to ceremonies carried out by Hindus. She is one of the banten sellers as well as a Sarathi who has been working since 2012. Monday (15/6), Dewa Ayu admitted to experiencing problems related to business management, namely not yet recording finances, not having a promotion system to market her products, and the layout for arranging banten is not organized. "The marketing pattern only relies on orders from customers in Badung Regency, Denpasar and surrounding areas so that marketing is not optimal," she explained. Starting from the problems experienced by Sarathi, Warmadewa University (Unwar) will provide solutions to overcome these problems and try to develop businesses owned by partners.

Unwar through the Community Service (PKM) program by students from the Faculty of Economics and Business and the Faculty of Letters which will be given by Ni Putu Sri Mariyatni, Ni Made Rai Juniariani and Agus Darma Yoga Pratama. Sri Maryati said the types of activities carried out to help Sarathi are providing training, assistance in simple financial recording, assistance in product marketing and helping to procure the necessary infrastructure. In addition, the partner's production site seems inadequate where the layout of the place for making banten and the placement of banten that are ready to be sent to the ceremony location have not been properly arranged.

In addition, other efforts are making an online marketing system such as Facebook and Instagram to help in marketing products or banten. And making a product catalog and price standards according to the type of product/banten. "Based on observations that have been made on the business managed by Mrs. Dewa Ayu Astiti, for the sake of sustainability and existence, it is very worthy of getting coaching and assistance so that it can improve or develop its business," he explained. Sri Maryati further revealed that the purpose of this community service activity is to improve partners' understanding of business financial records and marketing, as well as to increase their business production capacity. She hopes that the output of this activity will be an increase in assets, business turnover, production volume and an increase in the number of workers.
